...can they even do that after a trial is underway and so far advanced? If so, do some folks still not take seriously the broad reach of big Pharma? If so, you are ostriches, go bury your head back in the sand!

Let's hope that somebody within FDA actually cares for the patient, rather than their own "off the record compensation". If TLT's Ph2 results don't speak for themselves and are somehow derailed by some sort of 'new rules' that didn't exist when the trial started, then I've kinda lost faith in mankind, or at least those in powerful positions. C'mon FDA, do the right thing here, many peoples lives depend on it!

I'm not into conspiracy theories, the FDA grants approvals every day. Like all large organizations, government or otherwise, there is always a financial incentive to act in a certain way. However I think you have to have a persecution complex to think that TLT will be singled out as a company that the FDA has to 'stop' from succeeding.  Remember, they are not ending the gravy

Good post again Steven. It's easy to turn negatively every move or possible move by the FDA. The results so far are good enough for BTD shortly followed by the AA with more results to come. I keep my focus on this and wait for good NR to add some shares! GL

Thanks Lesalpes and I would add, without any knowledge, it looks like PP activity and that's not the end of the world. The bid at $0.26 is growing so that doesn't look like something negative is going on.

I think if the drug/compound shows obvious efficacy in the lab during preclinical phase then Single arm will be pursued. Just IMO. I think the FDA is trying to stop FT and BTD to the degree that they are. I think very few actually have what it takes to make it to AA or final approval.
