The huge sell order is most likely an attempt to "pin" the share price down so they can do another PP at $0.25. Smells like they cut a deal with a broker/fund to raise at that price and they're setting up the share price accordingly. 

Obviously, someone could potentially want to exit a large position for a tax bill or a new sports car before summer but I would personally expect a PP announcement in the next 10 business days. (Companies often set the PP price at the average trading price for the last X trading days)

I agree it definitely looks like a PP and someone is willing to or has to sell even a penny or so lower to replace and add a warrant. As well there are no real sellers behind this order. At this point a small PP is not the end of the world and I think the fact that the large sell order went from 200K last week to 600K this week must mean it is close.

So if PP speculation is true (let's assume for now),  could it mean one of these scenarios?  1. They are yet to submit data to the FDA. 2. They submitted early in Q1 and the FDA is not meeting its 60 day clock. If the FDA responded in 60 days to say, a mid to lateJanuary submission, we would know by now, especially if positive news that enables PP at higher prices.  3. They

Perhaps they have a brokered deal in the works. Perhaps that deal will be announced after the FDA responds to the BTD application which as all of us believe will be approved. Honestly I can't think of any legitimate reason for not publishing a 3 month update - unless they had a deal cooking in the kitchen.

A brokered deal at a MUCH higher price would be a nice surprise, consultant99.  Seems like another reasonable option, one we want. Brokered deal, JV, whatever... starts with BTD.

I agree with you consultant99. There is something going on behind the curtain they can't or don't want to make public yet.

I tend to believe that the Scene is being set for a PP or some kind of a brokered deal.  In my opinion TLT Management has material news that is in the works or on the verge of being released.  The least that they can do is make their Loyal share holders aware of what is in the works or most likely to be released.  Let the market decide the selling price based on the statusquo so far

I just pulled up L2 on iTrade and don't see this big 600k ask anywhere.

I think they put it in as a day order just in case it got halted and they got caught in traffic or were mugged on the subway and couldn't cancel it it in time. If this is a PP play then I'm sure it will show up again until it gets filled and I would be surprised if someone didn't snap up a chunk at the end - someone who also knows what is going on.
