Board meets this week and Roger appointed as CEO.

I would say today but maybe as late as Thursday; no idea what day of the week the board typically meets.

Financials due out around April 27th according to Yahoo Finance and hopefully the board is meeting to go over Q4 and 2022 results before they are released.

Craig, me young son.. I like your thinking. If one were orchestrating the rollout of  possibly game changing information (enhanced CR numbers/possible financing/BTD update .. to name a few), you'd think the timing of the "conductor's" appointment would be the foremost consideration. Here's to much anticipated good things to come! Cheers mate.
