I really can't think of a logical reason why they would withhold the most recent update of the numbers.

Could it be that maybe, just maybe, we're in negotiations with a major who has asked us in good faith not to report anything until they put forth their offer.. which while not pleasant as far as many shareholders are concerned,  would certainly not be illegal.

Reporting an FDA decision is a necessity al right- however updating numbers, I would imagine is at the discretion of management.

Anything is possible at this point, with BTD on the docket, basically. But if you look at when they released these qtrlys last year, they came out at the same time.
