Mention of "Special meeting" has always appeared in the header in all previous years.  I checked in SEDAR just to be sure.

I'm not sure if it means anything, but last year we got notification of the AGM at 2:41 pm on April 29. The financials (including the MD&A) were released on the same day after hours (around 9:00 pm).

True. The AGM announcement is made 2 months before the event. It coincides with the financials some years and some years not.  I'm just getting antsy for news. Four more days max.

TSX year-end reporting deadline for venture-based companies this year is May 1 (Apr 30 is on w/e). TLT has often filed their YE financials a day or two early, and IMO will do so this year as well so trial update is released before AUA meeting. IMO we'll see that NR at latest on Thurs this week since Fri NR's are usually a 'no-no' for good news.

Thanks again Eoganacht April 29/2022 (last year) was on a Friday. In my positive opinion to  be able to provide the latest patient update for AUA TLT will release those numbers somewhere between this Friday and the following Monday. Enjoy the fire sale, it won't last long. Both shares & warrants are going for a bargain.

True ScienceFirst  Special Meeting is usually attached to any AGM of public traded companies that I’ve owned, although this year could be special in the hearts & minds of many shareholders ( myself included) as Theralase treatment will become known beyond that of just shareholders.
