I am no expert on the subject but it appears to me that AA can and has been granted before BTD. The AA guidelines favor cancer treatments, especially those with low adverse adverse reactions. Ruvidar should meet these  standards.

Hopefully some action will happen soon, whatever that will be. Money is needed, BTD application is close. Perhaps they will work in tandem somehow.

Very surprised TLT is not over $1 already.  With these milestones coming very soon, this stock has nowhere to go but UP. It's a no brainer for those buying here.  For sellers ..??

I think the price is stalled for a few reasons - historically there have been PP's at 0.25 so I think many expect that a PP offering may be announced in which case, if the stock price is above 0.25, certain investors may just sell on the open market to get in on the PP at 0.25 (plus get a warrant usually) - A while ago some large asks got planted on the 2nd order and just sit there. AA can and has been granted after FT before. In TLTs case BTD should speed things up. Of Course, TLT hasn't had the data until recently to go for BTD or AA.
