A CR at 90 days is not really a CR if the cancer returns ,
they should say an apparent CR obviously it is NOT a CR .

You want the FDA to change their definition of a complete response in NMIBC? " the disappearance of all signs of cancer as seen on cystoscopy, biopsied tissue, and urine"

CR stands for "Complete Response" not "Complete Remission." A patient could show a Complete Response at 90 days where the treatment killed all then-present cancer, but their body stops responding (why, I don't know) and the cancer returns at 180 or 270 days. Was still a CR at 90 days.
