Did you read their latest PR? They say their treatment kills brain cancer in rats, that's enough for me. Human trials will show the same results, just a waste of time. FDA should approve it right away on compassionate grounds for terminal cases

big, u r clueless. A lot of things work on rats that don't work on ppl. But I hope u r a billionaire and buy the company out for 100 so I can retire

I have to say FGP, Big is probably correct. PDCs are less drug, more of a technology that works at the cellular level. So in theory, in perfect conditions it could work at a very high %. Perhaps not as high as the pietrie dish ideal? But still there are some folks that still have bladders. Now time to get at solid tumors and how to activate them deep.

Rumpy, I heard all of this years back when posters said the bladder cancer trial would b 100% cr. If anyone questioned it we were bashers. I know several ppl w brain tumors and I would love to see this work, but there is a reason the fda makes companies do trials. I think if we see btd for bladder, the rest of the line of indications speeds up. Tlt currently doesn't have the money for ...more

Everyone knows that 'drugs' that work in rats have only about a 15% or so chance in working in humans. 1433 is close to 100% in the pietri. So your saying late stage NMIBC patients are close to the ideal? I'm saying they are NOT. It will be interesting to see how Ruvidar does in solid tumors. Topicals will always have a hit/miss factor, and the complex dosimetry involved with bladders? ...more

Rumpl3StiltSkin, good post... Here is a little reminder. Laboratory rats are rats that have been grow with a specific cancer(bladder). But there is a very good reason why the high CR% in rats is never reproduce in human. -The rats are not a 70 to 90 years old patients. -The rats are not immuno-deficient like older patients. -The rats are not type11 diabetics. -The rats do not have all kind of ...more

wild1, if big pharma knew the potential of this technology, why would have someone bought into the company. This is something I struggle w. Seems like the only ones who believe in the technology are us retail investors. Research capital only has an .80 target and they have to like is because they raise 95% of the funds for Tlt.  Most of us feel this technology should get 10,20,50 ...more

FGPstock you have been here for 7 years and you don't even know  why at this point in time big pharma show no interest in TLT treatment. Big Pharma do not invest time and money in treatments that have not been approved by the FDA. It has been said many time before on this board, Big Pharma are not gamblers.(the fact that you said you are blind, could explain why you do not understand ...more

Wild1, not true at all. small biotechs et bought out all he time pre-clinical w far less compelling results than tlt has had...
Comment by Johnandrose22 on Oct 04, 2023 9:01pm
In principle, I would agree....Stock appreciation is often built upon not simply current clinical success but the anticipation of success. Thus, the dilemma with TLT....With all of its remarkable milestones, outside of this board it seems, it has yet to garner any anticipatory passion/fervor from significant investors who look not simply at the present but into the possibilities to come. I have ...more

Johnandrose22,  its said the market looks 6 months out when sizing up a company. For this company (Theralase) the market needs proof its about to be a successful revenue earner. Johnandrose22 its just that simple, yes there is a lot of competition for the 30 to 40 percent of unresponsive NMIBC  and the market needs to know will Theralase have higher CR percentages, longer durability ...more
