Sp sitting at .18 c .
Financing offer at.22 c that is a tough sell.

Yes but if you get in on the offering you can dump your shares post closing at any price above .22 for a tiny profit and keep your 5 year free warrants for the possible big pay off! This way none of your capital is tied up and it's just a 5 year risk free ride.

From my warrant experience i can buy for 25.c next year. Right now we sitting at .18.There goes free money.
