As we are in tax loss selling season, things are slow but it will turn around.

Buying at this level is almost a no-brainer, when everyone is busy worrying about the stock price and neveous nellies are selling. .Let the financing happen, it will close. 

If RCC is right and we get to .80,  everyone will be happy. 
But  ask you, is the cure for cancer ONLY worth .80?

  Getting a bit desperate advertising on the forum where the company repeatedly waste shareholders money auomg their own shareholders for having an opinion. Hard to understand of the "have the goods" cr is next SOC but they can't get money invested. Something is off and I see the price of the offering being reduced from. .22

They realize that the tlt board members here own probably 85% of the shares so why not hit us up for more, since we are the only believers at this point in time until BTD and AA when the big guys enter the fray IMO Basically big funds are not allowed to invest in penny stocks so it is a wait and see game that is getting tiring

Very low volume on stock exchange, means no one sell. The good thing is RDW on the same ship with us, keep confidental for final.
