That wouldn't be much skin in the game. Can someone explain why our Chief Scientific Officer owns less shares than most people in this board?

I don't know the exact details but I believe he has large amount of options as part of remuneration package. He has bought more over the years and never sold.

You would think that if Roger wants more shares and knows this will take off now is the time to grab, even though i believe he has over 14 million shares

A lot of new investors really don't undestand how managment holdings works.  Managment gets 99% of their shares for free, not just TLT it applies to any other company out there.  On top of that they get their salaries and bonuses.  Like I said the top 3 management in TLT clears almost $700k a year in salaries.  Unlike management, shareholders cough up the real dollars out

I'm just glad November has 30 days and not 31, one less day to have to suffer while we wait for an update. An update that Dr. Mandel said TLT is looking forward to sharing with us. Closing the financing would help a little but as always the only thing that will really help is positive BTD news. The data has always been positive.

I think there is a rule for insiders to purchase stocks when material news are expected.there is a certain time line before  they allowed to purchase otherwise it would be classified as conflict of intetest

If we all knew what's going to happen tomorrow regarding stock market we all be billioners. And remember if you lose 100 bucks somebody else gains 100
