Financing to close Nov 20
So, it appears that they raised $1.5M. I did contact Theralase and ask why they did not email all the shareholders at the same time as they announced the financing. We probably all would have signed up for the financing, instead of buying existing shares at sub $0.20. The future of TLT is in the interest of all the long term shareholders..500 shareholders times $5,000 is $2.5M. This current stop gap financing will close Monday Nov 20th. Good luck to all longs.

They cancel the LIFE raise, initiate a PP raise for a smaller sum and at the same time tell you they're going to close the announced raise the next business day after the NR is released, apparently because they already have a line of sight to the amount they asked for. Is that what you're saying, James?

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about the week of November 20, 2023 and is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSXV ("Closing Date"). This was in the news release

At least it seems they have 1,5 m lined up. That's good. But man do they need that BTD. Fingers crossed.

With a little luck, the next data update might bring smiles back. If the stream of PP money is still there when needed in the future, this is perhaps the best way to go. But man, they need that BTD. That in itself might not move the needle but any j/v should be much better if it is given. I keep telling myself that anyway. Less than two weeks until the next udpate.

BTD, JV potential, AA around the corner, Improving phase 2 data? Money $$$ should NOT be a concern for a next PP. IF, they even need one in 4 or so months?? I think this gives them another 6 months $$ but it is always good to do the PPs a bit earlier.
