Wow, the bashers are really piling on today.  Why don't you guys give a list off all the companies, enterprises or projects that you successfully launched and completed.   If you need to, and you likely do, feel free to make stuff up.

River- I've used the ignore button several times in the last week but today, increasingly so. ... And you know what? I haven't thought of them since

Useless ad hominem argument

Amen riverrow. They really are shameless. I wish they would sell their shares. I hate the thought of any of them making a dime off the success of the company. I'm sure they will continue to complain about bad management - good science - even while management makes them rich. Sherri McFarland is a great scientist and a stellar human being, but it is Roger Dumoulin-White and Theralase ...more

People are calling each other pumpers and bashers....can't we just strike middle ground here everyone? This company has major problems in the past. I don't have faith that they are the best team to get the job done but they are the one we have. I'm here because the science, which originates with Dr. MacFarland and the trials, which are supervised by non-TLT, indpendent investigators ...more

Solid read, and I don't have any problem with saying Viral research is concluded but it's still listed as "in the pipeline" on the website and the results are supposed to be finished I believe this quarter, similarly lung cancer is listed in the pipeline and I don't remember hearing anything about that
Comment by Benedictus on Nov 19, 2023 12:20am
Extremely well said Dawg. I would add that boards easily devolve into polar echo chambers where realists are labeled bashers/soft bashers with agendas and all nuance or willingness to try and understand the entire picture is readily dismissed for the comfort of group think and confirmation bias.  From your item 12 above do you have any insight as to why the FDA would apply a higher 18 month ...more

N803 reported 2 year CR rates just saying......
Comment by gebremeskel on Nov 19, 2023 1:01pm
Oh dear, oh dear. Based on the fact that an anonymous poster claims he talked to someone who talked to someone that the FDA is asking to see 18 month data on the 14 CR patients Benedictus concludes: " If Theralase is aiming to supplant the currently approved SoC, shouldn't the same safety and clinical measurements for those drugs apply to ruvidar? It's difficult not to see this as ...more

When a horse is racing to the finish line.....it takes a lot of effort to slow him down.  The prospect of an as yet unannounced official change to the requirements for BTD arbitrarily by the FDA seems unlikely and the pondering of same as a leaked factual issue may possibly be slanderous.  Just thinking out loud there.  Not suggesting anything in particular.
Comment by Rumpl3StiltSkin on Nov 19, 2023 5:14pm
Good point Long, It is just conjecture/hearsay that BTD has been delayed by an aditional 90 days. We haven't heard anything official. Probably just more bashing.
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 19, 2023 5:43pm
Sounds like a  threat, reported
Comment by enriquesuave on Nov 19, 2023 2:50pm
If this was true, then perhaps the FDA would be considering awarding AA with 18 months data on a few patients? For BTD, IMHO there is sufficient evidence.
Comment by BlueFranky on Nov 19, 2023 3:21pm
Funny thing Enrique... That was precisely the first hypothecation I came up with. Why else would the FDA be looking for even more compelling data when we're already Superior to the top two products for the same application ... And if we are in fact cancer free at 18 months with our numbers even as they stand.. you would think AA would be a no-brainer
Comment by Longholder99 on Nov 20, 2023 9:47am
If as part of their regular meetings, the FDA suggested that AA could come immediately with extra information by way of 18mos follow up.  I'd make that move and try to get farther ahead knowing that BTD will bring some kick to.market cap...however BTD and AA may bring that parabolic run we all hope for.  If go for that if I was RDW.....even if it meant I had to get more money to do ...more

Pure speculation unfortuately. If true the company is missing a high opportunity by not saying as much in a PR. However there are the management notes issued with the Q3 financials where the company can provide more comprehensive updates on the phase 2 trial, their development work on other cancer treatments and the vaccine initiative. Hopefully they use the opportunity wisely.
Comment by skys1 on Nov 20, 2023 10:31am
Agree enriquesuave & Longholder. Back in April I posted that there had to be a reason why the FDA moved the goal posts and asked possibly for 18 months of data rather than 12. The FDA has in the past approved both BTD & AA together when there was a serious need. IMO, the current NMIBC situatuation with the shortage of BCG and the serious side effects of the current Standared of Care to the ...more

More speculation on my part,  I believe we all know the answer to this might be because Theralase's treatment is a contender for SOC for NMIBC hence the need of 18 months of data.

Fun to speculate. Especially if it turns out to be what happens. Ineed to see it to believe it though. I hope they can use clear and informative language next update on matters of importance. It would be nice to see $1 one of these days. Without a reverse split that is. Money for 6 months should be in the coffers soon. Good.

exact words: "The Offering is scheduled to close on or about the week of November 20, 2023 and is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSXV ("Closing Date")."
Comment by N0taP00p on Nov 20, 2023 3:55pm
Does the date really matter without investor context?  Something like this would be useful:  "we raised $1.5M and should cover us operationally through Q12024, which is our best estimate for FDA direction on  BTD, inclusive of the pre-BTD process currently under way".  IMO.
Comment by FGPstock on Nov 20, 2023 4:32pm
Poopy: they can say that, but they also said they were fully funded and that they applied for BTD back in Nov 2022. After a while, their statements start losing meaning. Back that the AGM RDW talked about applying for BTD "within days" , now it is pre-BTD talk. One thing I am pretty sure of is that the FDA doesn't move the goal posts for a small biotech. There are all these conspricy ...more
Comment by Rumpl3StiltSkin on Nov 19, 2023 4:38pm
But how much of a delay does this really cause? I mean a lot of that CR data is dated. So by the time they get the central lab set up and ready to compile data it might take the 90 days that the FDA requested. So that data might then be ready to compile and immediately send back to them. The communicating to get all of this set up might have taken more than the 90 day delay. Right? So this delay ...more

If you have 10 people in a room and ask them what they "think" is happening,  you will get 10 different variations of the same answer.  It will be less than 2 weeks for the update and I'm sure some here will be ecstatic while some will be disappointed.  Less than 2 weeks we will know more.
Comment by DJDawg on Nov 19, 2023 8:44pm
You make a valid point Gebremeskel. I will rephrase what I meant. Most trials for thyroid cancer that I have been a helper on, need 12 m of data from last treatment. Which is where I get that guess from. The central pathology requirement only came to mind because they got a HC approval to do that recently for no striking reason that I could see. I was emailing with someone who was going in ...more

Good post DJDawg. I can't say I either agree or disagree with your surmise. I just don't have enough information to judge as I am completely dependent on the company news releases for such information. I find it hard to accept that these sorts of details are being revealed to some investors but not others. That aside, in future I will try to express myself In a kinder way.
Comment by DJDawg on Nov 19, 2023 10:34pm
All good gebremeskel. :) Agree that details should be consistently provided to all but tlt has always been messy with information. My speculation was never to create hope or despair but to try to make sense to my own mind.  The science is great. The management team is what we have. Good luck to all.
Comment by Yajne on Nov 19, 2023 11:54pm
DJDawg, on the surface it kinda sounds to me like the goal posts have been moved, but it might just be somebody at FDA employing a delay tactic which a few on this board have speculated about. I really hope that somebody at the FDA has not started this 'slow play' mode with TLT...too much at stake with cancer patients whose lives could dramatically change with this treatment
