Phase 2 not finished, must be misprint, supposedly resubmitting Pre BTD then applying for BTD first quarter, we will see if this timeline holds.Hopefully we all have a great New Year.

Phase 2 completion isn't necessarily what we as investors are waiting for.  BTD/ JV / Buyout is.  All can come within this year and maybe in the next couple quarters. While we wait on a clear timeline we are open to manipulators.  I bought more on the last trading day of the year.  You are all good folks with many different opinions and I see merit in many of the obviously
