The numbers don't tell the whole story...
On March 15, the SP was at 0.21$, as we speak the SP is at 0.175$.
A drop of 15% in the SP value.
TLT total shares count.
205 million shares.
68 million warrants.
14 million options.
Total 287 million.
During that 15% drop in SP value, if you consider that the same peoples that are selling could be buying back their own shares on the way down,you end up with less than 1/3 of 1% of the total shares count that were traded during that 15% drop in SP.
Where is the other 99.6% of TLT shares.....
Answer in the hands of strong believers.
Which indicate that except for a very few, nobody is panicking.

Panicking.....no Frustated.....extremely TLT ain't my first biotech rodeo, admittedly they have all had delays but TLT is in a class of its own!
