The SP $value is ok...

Some people on this board pretend that the SP should already be at .50$ up to $2.00.

It doesn't make sense..TLT is just a very small company on a small exchange,with no real revenue,no money and no FDA approved treatments, as a results the SP is exactly were it should be.
Once TLT get BTD and a large pharma deal the SP will climb to a better value,not before.

As of now,the FDA asking TLT for data clarifications is perfectly normal and is an integral part of the FDA trial process.
As we speak TLT-Ruvidar CR% is at 40%...
Ruvidar 40%CR is 70% more potent than Adstiladrin(24%CR and BTD-approved by the FDA).
Ruvidar 40%CR is 115% more potent than Keytruda (19%CR and FDA approved).
All the above bode very well for TLT-Ruvidar, since Adstiladrin with just 24%CR and a very big immuno-deficient restriction did get the FDA-BTD approval(TLT-Ruvidar has no restrictions and can treat 100% of patients).

As we speak,for the first time since that story started,with the pre-BTD submission,TLT has a big foot inside the FDA,with a treatment 70% more potent than the best treatment already approved by the FDA(BTD-approved Adstiladrin,24%CR).

The delays are annoying,but the above give me a nice and reassuring feeling about my investment in TLT.

Bird, I totally agree with you on the science and the future. However, I totally disagree that a 0.115 US SP is "exactly where it should be". The current valuation is suitable for a start up that is still working in pietre dishes and test tubes. We have a Phase II trial that is 2/3s complete with "world class" results and we are currently in discussions with FDA regarding BTD

TLT stock price may be in the doldrums now on this crappy exchange however the stock price could spike much higher on any substantial headline grabbing news. Just look at a long term chart on Sona or PYR. Both of these companies came crashing back down however. At least if TLT spikes it will be justified with some substance in regards to independently verified data. Hey if it happened to them it

I am once again on the buy with TLT , little bites for me going fwd however I intend to accumulate weekly going fwd. This price point is to attractive right now with all we know of results to date. I see only upside from this price point. I just turned us green with my small buy ! Perhaps others feel the same and will begin some more accumulation :-)

I don't know if there's a pp ongoing or not, but contact Roger or TLT and see if you can get in.  The minimum purchase  might not be as much as you think,  and if they throw in 5 year warrants that would be sweet.   It's too bad the tradeable 5 year warrants are expiring soon.  Who would have thought they'd be out of the money.  GLTA.

To say that a penny stock trading at $0.16 with an average daily volume of less than 100k shares is being shorted by "the vultures" is beyond naive, it's just plain foolish. The stock is trading a pennies because other than we faithful longs, NOBODY ELSE IS INTERESTED!!. Vultures and MM's have bigger fish to fry, and your conspiracies regarding the stock being manipulated is

Its not so much shorting. It is the fact that a select few have received the phone call from Management a couple weeks ago of an upcoming raise and are selling shares to free up money to participate and refresh their warrants.

That is correct and to say we are down here because there is no interest is really naive. I don't want to be critical of anyone but there are also people who want to take part in these PPs who are better served by doing so at a lower price. They are funding the company so there should be some reward but it's obvious whenever there is "interest" shown the sellers step away then

It makes sense sell your shares at 20 -40% discount,drive your portfolio value down to prchase some useless warrants hoping in 5 years you make it.Genius..Out of 20 so raises how many brought in money?At least you can ask for a autographed picture as a bonus

I agree that it has probably been the majority of the selling.  My point was simply that there has been some degree of shorting happening.  How much so is rather difficult to figure.
