If you are confident in where the company is going you don't hand out 5 year warrants, but I'm sure since they are in such a poor financial situation, with the 2019 warrants about to expire worthless they basically had to succumb to anyone's demands

Yeah typically the shorter term warrants exists when there's anticipation of a milestone. 5 Years into the future feels like the milestones are being pushed out further like BTD by 2026 and AA in 2029.
