That's not what I wonder. I wonder whether they'll tell us if they were unable to procure all the extra follow up data or whatever the deficiencies identified by the FDA were. Or will we have to wonder and guess with many more months of slightly indirect or unclear BTD updates? Will we know if their BTD application isn't approved by the FDA? The FDA only publishes the approvals, right?

Bet against you? We've all bet on the stock as it is. Reading comprehension, my question was how will we know if their BTD application is NOT approved? The FDA only publishes approvals, I believe. So, if the FDA decision is a "no" will the company tell us? Or will we have to extrapolate it due to the passage of time without info? If they get approval then the question is moot.

I've been around on this bull board and have been holding TLT stock for many years.  There is an uncanny accuracy to menoalittle's statements and predictions.  I'm gonna lean their way on this and suggest that Theralase will announce the application.  Soon.

If I was them I would put out the new about BTD application. To avoid speculation about it and say we are on track. But I know nothing about the whole process. GL

Normally I'd generically assume they'd announce the actual BTD "application" also, because for this seemingly struggling company it's a big deal. But two things... the company seems to be more keen on keeping specifics to themselves and we have numerous examples of that, and the industry standard seems to be to not announce "application". The latter I completely

I agree that they won't announce BTD application itself. I do hope that they next patient data release does extend the swimmers plot past 450 days AND makes mention that the results were all validated by central lab. Those things would hint at the application being on track. Also, if the don't mention pre-BTD and only BTD one could guess that that means the pre-BTD feedback is in. I

Hope you are right, DjDawg. Perhpas we will have to wait until the AGM is close before we hear anything, but I guess we are used to waiting. Any positive vibe would be most welcome. I hope they can adress stuff like how to get money if things drag out longer still. But let's not hope for that scenario. Shouldn't a Japanese or Korean entity be willing to cough of funds if they got a great

You mention AGM but are they not required to post quarterly filiing by May 30? That is the one that I'm hoping has some updates. A week today essentially.

Last year May 30 was a Tuesday.This year it's a Thursday. If there is good news they may decide to release earlier next week for better impact. They released the annual financial statements a month earlier than usual this year.
