For what it's worth.  My understanding is there is big institutional money looking at the response rates and small market cap who would like to invest.  However, I doubt Roger or the board wants to just give it away anywhere near current stock price.  But what do I know?

It wouldn't surprise me if they are already invested but want a bigger chunk on their terms and that's the conundrum. Nobody knows better than Roger what is going on with TLT so his stubbornness combined with his willingness to continue to pony up his own money has to be encouraging. That's the problem.  How can any institutional money justify paying more than double the share price?  So that would make a buyout at 32 cents a share?  At one time TLT traded over 50 cents a share, long before the stellar trial numbers were known.  I know, share price and market cap are different,  but we're much farther along and who here doesn't believe the
