cheap . I have been buying from .17 to make up for my total loss on the warrants but maybe just maybe .

Just maybe these warrants may get excercised.  All warrants would bring in about 27-30 million.enough for 3 years and cover NMIBC, GBM, NSCLC and virus research.  IMO
