They have plenty of things to talk about at the AGM  if they want to. The recent releases have been very promising. How far developed  are the plans to push those things further? That tiny issue of money. If they somehow were to get hold of the needed capital, I think the relief rally will be eternal, lol. Fingers crossed they have the funds real soon. I don't really understand it. A NR just to "remind" everyone about the AGM? They can't talk about anything new/material at the AGM unless it's already been announced previously, right? This kind of trivial NR seems out of character for them.

We have had some positive news releases lately and now they are trying to raise more money in less time than previous PPs, it's hard not to be optimistic.

Perhaps, it is precisely because this NR is so "out of character" that it could bear significance. It's as though the company is saying to investors "Don't miss this one". We shall know soon. I, too, believe there will be another NR before the AGM. John

The meeting is taking place after trading hours so think they can talk pretty freely and news release for next trading day. When companies emphasize the "special" part of AGM it usually leads to something material. Let's hope for exciting news for all the longs -our day could be near!

Interesting.  That doesn't seem very likely or intentional... but I haven't really thought much about it.  Perhaps if something material is said or talked about (even if by mistake), I suppose the company could always request a trading halt before the next morning (with news pending) until they have had time to put an appropriate news release together.
