Intrigued by the $10M target
Like many here, I'm guessing it's going to be an extremely embarrassing PP given the recent muted raises, or, a guaranteed source who's going to mop up whatever's left on the offer on the 21st. Just hoping that it's not the former, where Theralase drank their own Koolaid after releasing back to back NRs about the potential for Ruvidar, and assumed investors will suddenly forget past hiccups. Bought a few thousand. We'll know in 4 days or earlier. Keeping expectations (very) low.

I'm going with the likelihood that they already have buyers lined up. Surely they wouldn't make such a high prediction with the past couple dismal PPs still fresh in mind. "We didn't meet our targets on low financings so let's make this next one 10x higher and hope for the best?" Does not compute.

I agree, that would make no sense. But like notpoop said, is it possible they were predicting those 4 PRs would run up the stock and create momentum or excitement for the PP? Sure hope they have things already lined up, instead.

Nothing changes here! " Sure hope they have things already lined up, instead" NO!

Thank you to captain obvious. Everyone here knows they're all waiting for delivery and execution to happen in a substantive way. Even those who constantly make big predictions that don't come to fruition, know it.

Triumph: if indeed, that's the case, then Friday will be a tug of war between the perception of MC dilution (~100 Million shares with warrants) vs getting rid of the overhang of being perpetually underfunded.

Agreed. Paradoxically however, the problem of dilution can be resolved by no longer being underfunded such that they can accomplish their goals and inspire price appreciation. Hopefully. Of course, if they didn't ever raise money we wouldn't have the dilution problem, but we also wouldn't have a company. So, begrudgingly, I'll take dilution.
