So what I'm hearing from those that dialed in is that the session was nothing really new.
Assuming that all the people who were going to go in on the PP stick with it, they might get to 5m.
And then that 5 m gets you a shelf option. And the shelf option is just a fancy way of saying that they have a big chunk of shares on a shelf ready to put on the market at a moment's notice. Is that a good thing?
Can anyone explain to me why getting a shelf approval is such a win for us as shareholders?

I believe they won't have to do any more PP's with a shelf, just sell shares at market price to investors or institutional investors?

I've seen companies get shelf option once or twice and the share price never went anywhere. Imagine being able to sell shares into the market whenever you want to. What a great way to keep the share price down.
