PP closed.

Rumour is the pp is closed.  I really thought it wouldn't get closed until this Friday.  Maybe a good sign?

An additional rumour (which can be found in the latest scuttlebutt package) is that a news release about the rumoured closing of the actual pp is virtually imminent.
