When SP hits 2-3$ we will go on Nasdaq or at least TOronto SE

We should be at $2 already. Management needs to get the lead out...

Or we get gobbled up before a Nasdaq listing

Gobbled up = pennies on the dollar. Better we march to our own beat for a while, and get gobbled up in 30-36 months.

Made it to 1.476 mil. More next week... I'd buy the whole $10 mil if I could.

You're not putting any money in the company coffers buying on the open market. If you want to help the cash situation, you have to put new money into new stock, not just rebuy what's already out there.

100% agree. Best way to help the company at this point is to participate in PP.

How about this leadership team stepping up to the plate to demonstrate confidence by indefinately foregoing their cash salaries and in lieu of receive a proportionate amount of shares.

Unfortunately it would appear that management did not participate in the last two private placements

I would like to believe that they have insider information that prevent that at this time. Wishful thinking probably.

Listing up with Nasdaq would be a great choice if TLT is granted BTD and AA at the same time. If it is done at the same week, the sheer excitement would justify the price increase and up-listing with NASDAQ. Till then Venture seems to be the only viable option

Roger was asked about reverse splitting as a way to enter Nasdaq. He answered that he is opposed to RS and that normally it only leads to further depreciation. But he left the Nasdaq part unaddressed. I wish he would have commented on it based on an 'organic' appreciation. If I'm not mistaken minimum share bid price is $4.

Id love to know some more details about whose eyeballs are trained on TLTF. I could venture a guess.

Yes they want to be sure of the data. Has nothing to do with the preservation of the status quo for as long as possible. ;)

Reverse split is almost always a Bad idea. Fooling yourself to think it is no longer a Penny stock. Yes, you can uplist to Nasdaq. Does nothing to your NAV. In the long run the SP tends to come down. IMO

Agreed, a reverse split is nonsense and would acheive zilch. It does nothing to address the current cash resources. In the eyes of the market a sub $.20 stock will just drift down to once again be a sub$.20 stock......period.
