What are the buyout rules?

Right now if somebody offered 5 cents for each warrant due to expire this August they could probably buy 50 million warrants and then exercise them at 35 cents each.  Would Roger be able to stop this from happening?   Are there rules preventing these acquisitions?

You couldn't buy 50 million warrants at 5 cents. For the same reason you couldn't buy that amount of stock, the minute that interest showed up in the market sellers would disappear. And yes I know the warrants have an expiry but mine would expire worthless before I would sell at 5 cents out of relief. We've gone from reverse split to bankruptcy to a hostile takeover at 40 cents? Good point! IMO there is nothing to stop anyone from doing that but...but ... ...why pay 40cents(5+35) when you can get all you want for 20 to 25
