General question for the board

Assuming we get BTD and fairly soon, what do you all suppose the impact could be on the share price, from conservative to realistic, given everything we currently know about the science, Nmibc competition, our current financial state.. and the prospect for joint ventures going forward.

In short, what share price might BTD bring?
Comment by chry200030 on Sep 04, 2024 4:06pm
The share price would make you say .... I wish I had bought yesterday.... For some it's .50, for some it's 3.00. I'm  in it for a lot higher.
Comment by BlueFranky on Sep 04, 2024 4:28pm
Minimum projected share price for BTD only.. is what I'm after at this moment.. many thanks!
Comment by N0taP00p on Sep 04, 2024 4:39pm
BlueFranky: This is what I had guesstimated a few weeks ago.  IBRX has FDA approval and insurance companies have recently incorporated the treatment into their coverage plans.  The stock hasn't done too well lately, but still sits at about US $2.6B MC with a share count that is more than 3X of TLT (not counting warrants).  Though not apples to apples,  even if TLT gets ...more

I would conservatively put the company at 300m - 500m? So share price wise that's more than $1.50 but less than $2.50. My opinion only cause BTD doesn't mean approval, it's just validation
Comment by TimboBaggins on Sep 04, 2024 4:57pm
lol. What about the dream of BTD and AA at the same time? Hey, you never know ;)

I do wish that I had bought TLT yesterday instead of 10+ years ago!!
Comment by TimboBaggins on Sep 05, 2024 12:40am
lol. I sold a lot of TSLA and NVDA in 2017 to buy more TLT.  wish I held onto those guys for a bit longer.

That would certainly be nice. 50 cents would be a good starting point
Comment by Lesalpes29 on Sep 05, 2024 7:40am
PP NR will probably be the next one. Hope to see a couple of millions in the coffer. It could be the first SP ajustement. Pre-BTD NR will probably put it over .40. I stay prudent! GL

I say that'd depend on the money in the coffers. If we have none, the price spike may be shy because we all know that dilution will follow (in more favoreable conditions). If we have some, I'd say 50 cents after the announcement. Now what it is reasonable to plan for is, what happens if we have no money and there is some f***up with the BTD? That's what scares me. IMHO
Comment by Bigkahuna57 on Sep 05, 2024 12:52pm
I'd guess the BTD approval, while signifcant as a necessary step in the progress toward FDA approval doesn't move the SP much.  It's critically important b/c it leads to AA. And I'd appreciate having BTD very soon, I just don't think there's will be enough volume share turnover to elevate the SP and keep it above where we are. Now, IMO AA permits us to generate revenue ...more

I beg to differ!  CGON has BTD for the same indication and has a MC of $2.5  Billion USD!  They have 300 million in cash, but don't have virus inactivation, they don't have possibility to treat All solid tumors!  We could reach at least a third of their valuation initially I hope.  That would be 500 million to 1 Billion MC CAD.  1.50-3$ per share.  Just ...more

@enrique, I see your points and I'm glad you provided those details. I should have also said the SP will move when we are fully funded.  The frequent and necessary PP's will stop dragging down the SP. Also to elevate and keep this stock SP higher, I'd think it necessary for new investors to participate. I suspect we have a large audience waiting for us to genenerate revenue. IMO ...more

Hopefully when BTD is granted, SP just needs Togo to 40-50 cents and we see 25 and 35 cent warrants excercised.  That should bring in about $7-8 million, enough to fund until a licensing deal!  Imho

From August 12 nr:   "The Company plans to resubmit the pre-BTD submission to the FDA in 3Q2024 for FDA review of these clarifications. Once the pre-BTD submission has been accepted by the FDA, the Company plans to compile a BTD submission for review by the FDA in 3Q2024 in support of the grant of a BTD approval."

Enrique, how does our treatment differ / improve CGON? They seem to have very high numbers and low recurrence (higher than ours). 75.2% CR at  any time 82% DoR at 12 months.

I did a visual a while back on the intensivity of CGON's treatment. This is the protocol https://i.postimg.cc/3NPcsTQQ/BOND-003-treatment-protocol-and-results.jpg This is creto alone. Older data from earlier this year. You get the idea. Good results for sure. But no wonder if you are instilling so many treatments. For some reason you get to call it CR from the moment you go CR and yet you ...more

Glad you brought that valid point up... CG0070 requires treatments spanning almost 2 years, & there's an expanded cohort (US & Japan) that would receive maintenance treatments for up to 3 years...it's kind of like getting endless booster shots in order to keep the immune system triggered/awake.  The fact that so many doses are required in this protocol, my guess is that once ...more

For those among the group that have a hard time wrapping head around while all the other treatments involved 6 inductions (weekly) followed be 3 weekly treatments at 3,6,12,18,24 etc it is because they are all copying the treatment process for BCG when patient's first get treated. I think the low number of treatments could be the decisive factor in the acceptance of Ruvidar PDT by urologists, especially if the efficacy, safety and price point are competitive (which they look like they will be). Ruvidar could become the "go to" treatment - the "once and done" option. If it works great, if not then they can try one of the more expensive, treatment ...more

Another thing about attaining BTD is that it can act as a kind of validation of the results of the trial. It's one thing for the sponsor of the trial (Theralase) to claim best in class results - it's quite another thing  for the FDA to agree. The bestowal of BTD status on Ruvidar PDT creates instant legitimacy for the Ruvidar PDT trial results, both with the market and with any big ...more
