There were some "wild" conjectures here about how the multi-phased private placements were the smartest thing to do to enable funds when needed. Everyone used the word tranche like it magically opened doors to money.  Sometimes, it's best for the data to speak for itself, rather than argue with folks emotionally attached to one  horse in every race.  If TLT collects

At what point does the board look and say this isn't the right person to lead this company. Or is there a conflict of interest on the board, o wait yeah a wife of the ceo.

Buy and hold more shares than Roger and Katrina and you might be able to vote them out.

Yeah except for they get insane amounts of option packages without, in my opinion, being tied to any sort of performance incentives. So in other words it's a joke and of course then they can vote for the aforementioned options package every year. I ve voted the entire board a NO the past 3 years along with the options packages.
