The goal has been moved for at least over 1 year. 4q has not been the goal very long, many of us have watched it fget pushed back quarter by quarter. It's why I did not participate in the ppthis time around.

Or Maybe you need to grow down, and realize that this has been a combination of mismanaged funds (22m ran through) delays, delays, delays, and an inability to increase company/shareholder value.
