I believe there are some warrants that expire mid November exercisable at 35 cents.  A lot of warrants have been extended to 2025 and beyond.  These warrants are a free investment to ride until TLT reaches 1 or 2 billion market cap.  Many warrant holders will likely hold their warrants until then.  GLTA.

I don't see it that way.  I own a lot of warrants and won't exercise them till I can sell some shares at $1usd or more.  There's 34 million warrants currently oustanding and I suspect a lot of investors like me want to see a payday on my existing shares before exercising warrants.  Realize that when BTD is granted a lot more money than $34 million dollars will come

Doesn't matter how you or anyone else sees it, it's a fact. Whether it's at 1 dollar or not it's dilution and float throw in the 30 million or whatever in options and now the price is punished.

Look Scooter, if all the warrants and options are exercised that brings in at least $13 million.  Enough to finish this trial and get another trial going without any further dilution.  It's known as rewarding your existing shareholder base.  Then the takeout with less than 300 million shares fully diluted.
