I would expect that the vaccine front offers many oppurtunities to partner or licence deals. Would a topical ointment require the same vigor of clinical trials or could this happen far quicker ?

That preclinical list is an incredible pile of potential. And when I say incredible, I mean totally possible given TLT's success so far. If even half of those potential cancers and treatments come through the health of millions will benefit - not to mention the pockets of shareholders when the sp goes exponential ;)
