My hunch is that they may not release any news till the PP closes Nov 8. Sometimes there are rules around releasing info during a capital raise. Not 100% sure.

There have been copies circulating. MP sent a PP announcement email Oct 25 for small raise. It was copy paste here or on ceo.ca website. Most of the PP's that they have done in the past close two weeks out so Oct 25 + 2 weeks suggest Nov 8 or Nov 12(Nov 11 is holiday). Unless they set some other deadline. Who knows.

I often wonder why they don't go for bigger PPs. To me, frequent PPS are bad optics, but that's just my opinion. Then again, there are some deeper pocketed investors who welcome PP offerings as the terms are usually in the favour of the investor. In any case, it is only some news with a bit of meat on it that will drive the SP higher ( possibly a lot higher ). This in turn will catch the

Bigger pps, maybe because the lenders don't trust them, don't like the sp, don't like the management etc. "This could be HUGE". You should not try and compare those companies. Bad Mojo. There are many, billions waiting for TLT when the day is right. Just need to get there. Also, a whole lot more people are willing to support it in the mean time. If we get BTD in Q1, or sooner, things will be so much different.

Perhaps another question might be: do TLT lawyers consider news from the FDA on a pre-BTD application to be legally material and if not for instance, would it be more advantageous to release said "non-essential" news before or after a PP? It would also be interesting to know what other applicants have done with pre-BTD news insofar as dissemination (or not) to shareholders?
