So I’m thinking this recent PP is about just getting through the next month or so and paying down some accounts payable and covering payroll.. I’m also wondering about the listing requirements to get to TSX or NSDQ which some have mentioned on this board over the past few years. TLT has a MC of $64 million cdn. From my previous experience hearing about how PPs play out I think that they have a deadline for money to arrive and forms to be done (Nov 8 I assume) and then they are not allowed to announce till the exchange accepts (rubber stamps) the paperwork which can be a week. So mid nov is my guess personally.
