Dr. Marty McSorley of John's Hopkins has been named as the proposed new head of the FDA.

That is a good appointment. Not sure how long it may take so no idea if it will have an effect on TLT's progress.

Sorry about that! Getting my old hockey players mixed up with Doctors is not a good thing. It is Dr Makary of Johns Hopkins that has been put forward as Head of the FDA. And after that phopa I won't even have a go at the Doctor's name for heading up the CDC. She is also a good pick.

It took ~4 months to confirm head of the FDA (Dr. Gottlieb) under the Trump administration in 2016.  Hoepfully, we are on a similar timeline.  Under Biden, it took ~13 months to confirm Dr. Califf. I'm hoping to see less red tape & less of what has appeared to be an FDA addiction (historically) to Big Pharma's opiate/immunotherapy industry.  What I'd like more of

With the way this transition is moving, upcoming holidays, threats of flushing out the FDA house, and the fact orange face refusal to sign the ethics pledge which was due months ago, I highly doubt the FDA is concerned right now with any previous timelines that might of been considered normal. Unfortunately I think we all will have to hold on a few months longer, before we get any positive
