Still no takers

All bark , no bite. So who's going to step up and take the bet that the enrollment won't be complete by end of 2024 since all these pumpers keep running
their mouths.
Comment by Oilminerdeluxe on Nov 27, 2024 2:06pm
Are you retarded for real? It has long been known, and the board has told you this, that it won't be completed by the end of 2024. That is no secret. No need to pretend you don't know. You should seek professional help. Why embarrass yourself like this when you can donate your body to science instead? And be of some use to someone...
Comment by RedLightRandy on Nov 27, 2024 2:12pm
I second this!
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 27, 2024 3:58pm
That's nice language. O the tolerant liberals. So basically should be reported to the OSC for false advertisement if such is true is what you re saying? I mean how can the company knowingly advertise to investors "enrollment expected to be completed by 2024" while you re saying simultaneously you "know" enrollment is not to be completed and such has been said. Hmmm
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 27, 2024 4:02pm
And if it has "long been known" then it why hasn't TLT had the banner changed. Wouldn't that be deceiving future investors knowingly?
Comment by 2b7f6fab on Nov 27, 2024 3:23pm
Enrollment at this point somewhat irrelevant with the CR and possible BTD/AA.  This bladder bird is done, yea pun intended.  I'm more interested in seeing the first brain cancer and lung cancer patients being treated.
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 27, 2024 3:53pm
Yeah which won't happen until toxicology is done, which we be been waiting over 5 years for.
Comment by Alamir1111 on Nov 27, 2024 4:02pm
I agree with you on toxicology 5 years in making nothing so far.Are they actually doing any trials on that ?Don't remember any results published
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 27, 2024 4:05pm
No idea I mean they aren't even using their "strongest compound" TLD 1633 combined with transferrin instead they are going with TLD 1433 and transferrin and of course it's always "subject to funding" while everyone keeps getting their yearly option bonuses.
Comment by Kpain9999 on Nov 27, 2024 4:18pm
Any thoughts on the capability of their treatments for viruses such as HSV?  Seems like there are billions of people that could benefit from this if it does in fact work.  Much bigger market than bladder cancer?
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 27, 2024 5:12pm
I actually think their viral results are more compelling than their bladder results. I mean TBH I find their bladder results to be disappointing, for what people on this board call the "cure" for cancers i mean they are at what 25%? Which again brings me to the point why are we using TLD 1433 instead of Rutherrin, which from everything we ve been told is the much superior drug and it' ...more
Comment by CancerSlayer on Nov 27, 2024 11:29pm
Have to disagree re: their bladder results....The International Bladder Cancer Group gave guidance on this matter & defined a clinically meaningful response as follows:  Initial CR rate of at least 50%, 12 month CR of 30% & 18 month CR of 25%.  Our current & projected results (per Kaplan-Meier curve) either exceed or meet the above rates based on 72 evaluable patients at 90 ...more
Comment by menoalittle on Nov 28, 2024 12:38am
53% CR at 12 months is way better than the 30% target, and 43.6% CR at 450 days indicates significantly higher durability than the 25% threshold. Seems to me that maybe the FDA just wanted to see the information given to them framed the same way that they've seen it from other companies.
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 28, 2024 6:44am
That's because you are reading into the "manipulated numbers" it's not 43.6% CR at 450 days it's 26% (17/63) . TLT is presenting their numbers now as a percent of a percent. Of the 38 complete responders 17 maintained that CR (43% ) but in actuality only 17/63 were CR at 450.
Comment by menoalittle on Nov 28, 2024 9:09am
The reason for TLT presenting their numbers now as a percent of a percent in this news release appears to be fairly obvious response to the guidance the FDA probably gave them recently, as that is the same way that other companies have given them to the FDA in their applications for BTD.  So the % numbers I mentioned previously are not a manipulation (as the resident dummy pretends they are), ...more

FDA should see our treatment differently, because it is new technology and it has no side effects. Kennedy is replacing all FDA people. There is high corruption and deals with big pharma.
Comment by menoalittle on Nov 28, 2024 9:23am
Add TLD's safety provide into the equation, and Accelerated Approval jumps to the front of the line...
Comment by menoalittle on Nov 28, 2024 9:25am
Provide = profile  (stupid autocorrect...)
Comment by DeathXray33 on Nov 28, 2024 10:16am
I'm @ 1.614 now. I'm getting more tomorrow. It closes tomorrow at 13:00 EST though. --- All the companies that apply for BTD go through the same back & forth process from my DD. --- I believe our chance for success is very good. --- # Tender Loving Technology. ;-)
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 28, 2024 10:18am
I think we all hope you re right but lets be realistic the company has vastly underperformed to date.
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 28, 2024 9:36am
Again whatever excuses you need to make yourself feel better.
Comment by menoalittle on Nov 28, 2024 11:36am
The big reason that certain malicious posters with ill intent will post so much (with nothing but the same old regurgitated garbage repeated, post after post - like someone having dry heaves) is to move any reasonably intelligent and meaningful post off the first page as quickly as possible...
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 28, 2024 6:41am
They are literally barely above those numbers a few more incorrectly dosed patients and they won't be.
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 27, 2024 4:05pm
Guess no ones man enough to put up some shares.
Comment by TommyNickels on Nov 28, 2024 6:52am
2024 was already off the table. It was bumped to Q1. And now that is off the table. Even Roger didn't dare say Q2. Roger needs to raise millions to complete this study.
Comment by Dumbeldorfwhite on Nov 28, 2024 6:59am
Yeah now they are estimating it's going to take 100 million to complete the trial. When did the costs get so out of hand?  This trial is beginning to look way more expensive than the average phase 2
Comment by TommyNickels on Nov 28, 2024 11:03am
They aren't funded to complete the study. Investors were misled. Again.
Comment by Oilminerdeluxe on Nov 28, 2024 11:23am
Tommy, have some dignity. You act like a worse clown than the Dumble one. We know since your last visit that you are a disgrace. Your agenda is quite disgusting. Keep your comments in one post instead of polluting the board with a cluster of posts saying the same thing. But i guess that is your plan.
Comment by BlueFranky on Nov 28, 2024 11:27am
To all concerned  The only way that I am aware that this Tommy character is posting is because you people are replying.  Otherwise I would hear crickets.  Why don't the rest of you use the ignore button - that way everybody can abide in peace.
Comment by gordo323 on Nov 28, 2024 11:31am
DIDO BlueFranky !!!!!!
Comment by TommyNickels on Nov 29, 2024 6:29pm
Your anger should be directed at Roger. Now 22 cents and heading lower. This was all predictable.
