Just curious. Has anyone else noticed a little change in the wording  over the last couple of months. Maybe its me & my glass half full attitude but it seems to me that since these discussions have been going on with the FDA lately concerning BTD  I have seen the term "standard of care" come up a bit. I can't see the company dropping that term randomly unless they have reason to believe that it is a possibility

I too have noticed that . They are clearly gunning for SOC. This IMO is huge and I am sure they have been guided by FDA. Can you imagine our success if we treat at the get go. I think the numbers will go way up

patience69, yes the company is using the term Standard Of care.  But maybe not in the same way you might think. In the last Corporate Presentation page 10, Theralase said '' Radical Cystectomy is the current standard of care for BCG -Unresponsive CIS. So Standard Of Care mean Radical Cystectomy. I see. Yes you could be right wildbird. I guess SOC for BCG resistant is still good. I was maybe dreaming that we could displace BCG. That may happen in time. The proof is in the pudding right!!!

Yes patience69, I agree '' it will happen in time''. But for now it is easier to get BTD approval for a group of patients that no other FDA approved treatments can treat. The fact that TLT is trying to fill a critical need, play in favor of TLT, the FDA has to take the need of these patients into consideration when rendering a decision on Ruvidar BTD approval.
