Please 2b7f6fab, stop asking that kind of questions. There is a few bashers that keep repeating that they will encourage an hostile takeover. Personnally, because of a Poison Pill or a Flip-over pill, I think that there is not much chance that an hostile takeover will work. But we don't need to provide these bashers with any informations that could help them to evaluate the situation.
