Because the PP deadline is Jan 31 and they have decided that if they can sell at 0.28 and use the cash for PP (share plus warrant) it is a good deal. Proof will be if dam/ask disappears by end of month. It is not a dam so much as someone saying I will sell at this point and use the cash.

Interesting. And since the SP has been between $0.14 and $0.18 for the better part of the last few years, a seller knows they'd be making a profit on their sale, even in the $0.20 range. I have to agree with your analysis. I know that if I were eligible to get in on this PP, I'd leap at the chance.

That's a good sign that the stock will soon move higher.. Nobody wants to sell that many shares all at once. Execution of  a scare tactic.. seen this before many times.

I don't think it's a scare tactic, I think they want to sell. If the past is a guide it looks like those on the bid should be patient because it looks like a PP seller who will eventually sell it down to probably friendly hands. I'm not looking at depth of market right now so I don't know if there is a big bid lower but if one appears then the seller will probably take it down. If
