Hey POUND__Feel YOUR PAIN on This SHOCKING DILUTION !!!!! But MY PAIN is TWICE as GREAT !!!!!! As EXACTLY the SAME Happened End of May on my E3 LITHIUM Holdings Just Like JED Has DONE E3 Management SHOCKED ALL of US by Doing a Private Placement WAY BELOW Market__Just DAYS AFTER Publically "CONFIRMING" to Be FULLY FUNDED for the Rest of the Year !!!!!!
