My READING of the News Release IS that There WILL BE a 1 for 5 ROLL BACK
EVEN IF the SpinOff Does NOT Go Ahead.

Hey POUND__Yunno WHAT This Means eh ???__IF You Had 100,000 Shares back
in 2014 when You BOUGHT IN__ALONG WITH JuniorBull and Harley Monster.

Well NOW Post Roll Back those 100,000 shares will SHOW as ONLY 200 shares in
Your Account__As there HAVE BEEN a 1 for 5 and 1 for 10 Roll Backs Previously.

Roll Backs HARDLY EVER are Good__The ONLY Good One I have EVER HAD was
with BREAKWATER Resources__ALL the DOZENS of Others Have ALWAYS MEANT
Further Losses of My Original Investment Dollars.

So Post Roll Back Trigon may be Trading Around 90 Cents__So EXPECT the Share Price
to IMMEDIATELY Start Drifting DOWN__To Say 50 Cents in Just a FEW MONTHS.

POUND__Am SURE that You ARE as DISGUSTED with THIS as I AM eh !!!!  ????

Thanks for the heads up.  I just cancelled my stink bid, the last thing I need is 3 marginal penny stocks cluttering up my account.

Discussed hardly covers how I feel about it. There is something bigger behind the scenes that we don't see. Not sure what it is but something stinks.

I think the problems are out in the open.  Trigon's cash cost is higher than the commodity price of copper, there is a big hole full of water and now there is an impending share consolidation wihich will likely result in an issuance of more shares.
