If that includes options, the number is overstated. They don't own those shares until they buy them, and they don't have to....hence "options". There is probably another set of options that are expiring shortly or have expired. They will have to file to disclose whether they had been exercised or whether they expired. I can't be bothered to look at the exercise price for

Who cares what you think ? It's one of the metrics that I watch closely . Last time I posted a change you freaked out about it . I didn't care then , I care less now . Where the change came from , is not important to me . It's gone from 7.38 % to 7.42 % . One or more of the insiders changed it . So shut up . All your word salads are not going to change it .

With cys it always becomes  some conspiracy theory of over or under reporting . Or too little to merit mentioning or too much to be real . For cheese's sake , it is what it is . I wasn't expecting a parade , only sharing information , that it's going in the right direction . I thought this board is about information .

If seeking accurate information amounts to being a conspiracy theorist, then guilty as charged. You vaguely suggested insider buying. Because you included the word "now" which may or may not suggest change. And now the chase began to try to understand what you said. You found a percentage somewhere, suggesting insignificant change, and you have no idea what it represents or how it was

So, your information shows that insider ownership went up by 0.04%...0.0004, which is about 60,000 shares.
