Have not really thought about Crossland's (not Grossland) internal transactions, except that they weren't dispositions. Overall, we know Covid had an effect on their business, some things they waded through effectively, but I am looking forward to the catch-up and what the new focus on lower emissions may bring once travel restrictions are effectively lifted. I often did the same using the rrsp as a fiscal financial instrument (as Crossland not Grossland).  Since an investor has 2 main enemies : taxes & inflation. I'v used taxes by rssp in either way, but I loved the fact that the government is 50/50% in with sharing the risk and the gain as well (less).  So if I was very positive on a stock, I would have liked to have the gain
