Airlines are not staffing up for no demand. There is no growth in demand to places in a lockdown, where you can't do anything. Sooo.. There is an excellent message here for TEI. If there is a fantastic market infront of you, like you portray, you "staff up" to take advantage of it. You have to start yesterday, if it takes 2 years for some of the staff to become productive. I am not sure TMG is totally hog-tied. They can enact a Vaccination policy to demonstrate a low risk on on-site visits to new and potential clients and to their own staff.   Borders are openning and engineers can take a plane, car or train to clients. Staffing up with junior engineers was not really explained.  I thought TMG benefitted from hiring senior  engineers in the UK
