12.5 cents

Wow. The bid is down to 0.125... almost at my bail out point.  Next week should be the options grant NR which should bring some more selling since it represents additional cheap dilution in the future.

I'd say that we're circling the drain, but I'm not sure that we ever made it up out of the septic tank in the first place!

Every now and then something floods the system to push us up the leaky septic tank. To me things are too blatantly obvious. If you have the products that work (and we do), and if there is a fast growing market that never looked better and seems only headed for improvements, and you have decent liquidity, why don't you hire a bunch of new sales folk and engineers to at least start positioning ...more

Well TMG hired a bunch of engineers - but  mostley junior - and all we got was a quartely loss.  TMG can NOT rely on a bunch of workers at home on the phone. TMG needs to 'WALK' its 'TALK' right into the board rooms - and make  deals. I guess it took an OAK to get TMG to start doing this  --->  ...more

Any quarterly loss can simply be attributable to insufficient revenues, function of sales effort and then timing of implementation. Nothing wrong with hiring and training juniors for more routine jobs and to build experience for future capacity but need experienced folk to identify new opportunities and "non-regular" projects. Simply don't have enough information to figure out ...more

one positive would be IF the paid engineering increased, to say 15 paid projects. At least the rhetoric about opportunities would then seem to being fufilled. In 2019 TMG considered hiring a senior\experienced sales professional to be the VP of sales. Not hiring a VP, I view as a mistake.   Instead we got junior engineers who I assume assist in small product sales and create drawings ...more

Agree...if the current 11 studies were not completed because it takes that time to do so for the turnkey projects, and in their update within a couple of months or next quarterly update the number went up by 2-3, that would be positive. Too many moving pieces and timelines for this first-time-disclosed "record" number to be appreciated as being impressive IMO, along with my impression ...more

I thought that Oak was brought in to help find investors, not help find clients. Unless you're talking about getting out there and finding some institutional investors. Here is something to ponder along those lines: back in 2008, the old management team was able to sell via private placement 70 million shares at 22 cents to a few ESG funds or whatever they were known as back then. Proceeds ...more

These are all beautiful thoughts but in my mind not what is needed.  There are 160,000,000 shares out already.  Institutional investors will want more cheap shares.  This is absulutely not what is required for this company to succeed and for shareholders to prosper holding this stock. Back to basics, please.  We need to increase the frequency and dollar value of sales.  ...more

Agree 100% Finn. Putting along has been too comfortable for management.  70% vote of approval for BofD member(s) is not the same as the 99% approval for the auditor. I hope Oak realizes that NO new investors want TMG - UNLESS the sales increase proportional to ALL the opportunities Bill and gang keep tweeting/presenting about. Life passes-by all those who solely look out the window. TMG ...more

That is a really good point Albert. Such a valuation only on potential when the company was much smaller and with less project and product success behind its back and lesser appetite for ESG. Crossland has his work cut out for him. As for equity dilution, there could be tremendous benefit, but not diluting at these levels. If Crossland closes a few bigger sales to get the ball rolling and ...more
