Seems they don't like the CW news so they stacked a wall at $0.08 knowing that there is no volume to push through. These forces have acted to keep a lid on this for the longest time.

There have been countless instances over the past year (and even before then) of this conduct. Personally, I do not believe anyone who is truly long and looking to close their position does so by stacking giant walls on a low volume stock, systematically dumping just enough shares into the bid to send the bid price lower, etc. In my opinion, this manipulator is a medium-sized fish playing in a

Very peculiar. Just wondering whether they want to address apropriately the passing of the former Chair and did not want this to overshadow that tribute. But they got to giddy up, both are material news that happened last mid-week. In any case, I figure the CW partnership should be worth more for GEM than they were able to do themselves in an average year. And hopefully, this is the first of many

Agreed and given that product line most margin is in the product not the install service so could be a real home run here and provide a launchpad into additional product sales.  Realistically don't care that  TMG has no News release they "CW" are going to complete the entire sales cycle and CW releasing the partership as a news worthy event is a bigger deal.

Absolutely. Having a big, established, reputable company vouch for one of your products gives it much bigger credibility and visibility than what TEI could achieve by itself measured in years. And the added external sales force for an established client base is huge. As long as both parties have done sufficient dd and commited towards a real marketing partnership that goes beyond sticking GEM into
