...Canadian Insider shows no insider activity at all over the last 6 months

...until I see that I will not be purchasing any more shares

I agree, the triggering element should be linked to their own purchases. This signal is much more important to investors than their useless presentations or tweets if no new contracts are signed...and I think it's ridiculous that they haven't thought of it yet...what could be more positive for shareholders than to see top executives investing in their own company.

The history is against us. Most have not even held the few options they were able to exercise. Options did not serve shareholders well. The lower the stock price, the lower their exercise price was. 5 year terms and why would you not want to see a low share price before the annual option awarding? The new era needs to see a management team that is pushed to do better, faster IMO. Better yet, not ...more

Many insiders have enough options\shares to put smiles on their faces.  They need to get this moving (and 'restructure' the IR person because they will  always be broke if the current one stays).

They do, but given how most expired worthless after 5 years, they are probably "meh". So, something has to be done to make them see them differently. I suggest that they be priced at a significant market PREMIUM to set expectations and for a change put smiles on the shareholders' faces. Or reduce the terms to two years or less to provide a clear signal that this company is waaaaay ...more
