re:CW and TMG
The annoucement as made by CW indicates that they have the lead/initiative behind the essence.
It is then appropriate for CW to issue the news, such as it is.
To my knowledge, also such as it is, TMG and CW have never had any dealings previously.
So, why is CW now interested in TMG?
This is from researchgate.net:
"The thermodynamic efficiency of a standard Nuclear Power Plant(NPP) is around 33%.
Therefore, about 67% of the heat generated by the nuclear fuel is literally wasted to the environment."
It continues to mention that this heat could be used locally in various manner. That would be a lot of recovery projects when you think that France's electric energy is close to 100% thermal nuclear power genrated. And, there are many, many more nuclear power plants about the world.
Question is whether or not CW determines that TMG heat recovery technologies can do what CW requires? When will that come about?
At minimum TMG certainly has a preferred supplier status.
Meanwhile we await Q4 and final f.2022 financials on or before August 31/22

Or if the new director was working for CW they would have to manage the COI but it would be a sign of deeper relationship. And a needed renewal of the board brings other connections. Next chapter indeed. It is time for that next chapter....the one where the shareholders finally start reaping rewards on their investment and live happily ever after. Let's go!!!
