Since news is spotty - BEST to assign your 'proxy' to yourself - to enable you to have a vote 'at' the AGM.

'Withholding' shares - is the only way - to make management aware - of the significance of your discontent - with Contract Delivery.

Otherwise TMG goes back to its 'Organic Growth' plan.

Definitely.  No incentive to perform when you get cheap options that are good for five years...certainly not in the first few years.  As a matter of fact, you can argue that there is a disincentive to perform well.

Their options haven't been worth much.  The largest holders must want it a lot more than us.

Even better.  QUADRUPLE the number of yearly options with a 37.5 cent strike and 2 year vesting.

The insiders don't care about options since they are so well compensated with salary and bonuses. There are currently more than 9 million options that are IN THE MONEY, but still no interest in exercising them.

Maybe its time to start closing deals, increasing sales 2.5x, 5 cents net.

IMO it is the Board's fault for putting in place and supporting an incentive program which is not working for shareholders.  The fact that in 5 years so many options expired worthless or were not exercised, yet there had been no accountability for the lack of performance says something. One of the things it says is that the Board sees nothing wrong with shareholders not seeing a greater

Yes, Mostlyserious, that sounds like the beginnings of a good fix. Restoring sanity with the options, -a great start to cleaning house. That may lead us to finding a gear forward here..
