to explain away the lack of sales for over 4 months now?  How will IR explain the positive outlook and bragging by the CEO?  Meanwhile the company's inability to finalize just one PDA is truly incredible and shows a lack of focus.  Come on IR firm give us a spin to show value for the $7000/ month you are getting.

And no news is not always good news.  ;-)  Otherwise who knows how many times higher would our share price be by now after all these years.

To be fair to them, they would unlikely begin working on the TEI file before a contract is signed. But they both should have definitely done some due diligence on each other before signing a contract. While I am not sure IR firms will refuse clients because they don't think they can do anything for them or admit it, I definitely expect CEO's to set some objectives and thoroughly assess

At this point a betting man would call for no NR this week.  I would go with that, although one can never discount a Friday after-close NR that is neutral or good based on what happened last week. If they manage to get through April without a sales contract announcement, that would be quite an accomplishment in today's business climate for their products.
