Keep a lookout for Harden ...

Mr. Harden has over twenty years of executive sales, marketing, business development, and strategic planning leadership in technology and industrial services.

Many of these years were focused on selling carbon reduction and energy solutions, including complex, multi-faceted, multi-million-dollar, energy services agreements incorporating onsite power production programs
-->for buildings, solar, cogeneration and waste to energy as well as water and wastewater systems.

With extensive experience leading direct sales teams and indirect sales networks (independent reps, distributors, and resellers), at both large multinationals and small energy technology start-ups,

Mr. Harden has led teams from 3 to 125 people and delivered annual revenues of up to $500 million.

Mr. Harden will assume responsibility for all Thermal Energy’s North American sales channels

including our existing team of Area Sales Managers as well as the established network of distributors and manufacturers reps

-->related to the acquired Boilerroom Equipment and Sofame Technology businesses.

From another source - emphasis added on quick accomplishments that will be needed at TEI: Ken Harden’s 30-year career as an executive sales, alliance and marketing leader has spanned multiple startups, technology companies, consulting firms and energy services companies.   Harden started his career at Honeywell, where his energy services team produced the first “green” college campus ...more

This should be easy for him.  I hope the engineers are ready for some overtime.

With his experience...there is NO reason for Harden not to cement a deal/partnership with Curtis-Wright to spread steam traps and FluAces throughout their extencive Power  producing client base..... It would be HUGE....!

Looks like in the past few weeks NA sales folks met and European sales folks met.  Hopefully productove meetings in sharing effective sales practices or coming up with renewed sales strategies.  I would expect Harden to provide some insight and dirextin for at least the NA side if not corporately. Hopefully one of those team building, motivational meetings while impressing on the need ...more

Very compelling.  Unprecedented.  Did they get paid overtime for the TSX gig ?  Money for nothing?

Compelling:  evoking interest, attention, or admiration in a powerfully irresistible way. Failure:  the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective, and may be viewed as the opposite of success. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Failure

Hopefully the sales team has enough money to survive.  1 sale every 3 months divied up between them - must be tight. Harden has a tough job and a lot of work to do.
